SHIPPING POLICY

• Merchandise will be dispatched and delivered between 10-15 days after the order is confirmed. Please read the product descriptions for any exceptions in delivery times before placing your order.

• Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver your order two times over a period of four working days before it is considered a non-delivery and sent back to us. In such cases, you will be credited back the amount (if Paid) or will have to bear the cost of re-shipment.

• Delays owing to customs, interstate regulations, strikes, delivery outage are unfortunately out of our control, we will always communicate the status to you.

• We do not accept returns, however, in case of incorrect size, we will be able to process an exchange for one time per order number subject to availability in that size.

• In case of any disputes/queries post-purchase, you can write to us at jsbyjalpashah@gmail.com for a resolution. We can assure you a call back for a solution within the next 48 working hours.

For International Shipping:

• For all international deliveries, customs and duties will have to be paid on arrival by the customer, if applicable.

• Standard shipping rate for international order is Rs.2500/-

• Free international shipping for orders over Rs.20000/-
